HGH (HUMOTROPIN) - Is it helpful in recovery of tendon injury..?

hello bros...:) i'm back with a question ,it might help one of my friend who is suffering from tendon injury. Whenever he goes to a doctor,he's getting a clean report of no major injuries, but a minor one (patella tendinitis), so doctors are advising him to take rest and some physiotherapy exercises. But he's completely not recovered from a year. After taking rest for some days,if he does any work which is somewhat stressful to knee,he's getting pain back. Can he take some HGH ..? it is read and heard that it helps to recover from injury..! If he can , what is the dosage and routine he has to follow..?

Tendon injury is a bitch to deal with. It seems to hang around for a long time then just goes away. The HGH may help, but I don't think we know for sure.

what about the DECA collagen synthesis

Deca doesn't actually have any real healing benefits. It only masks the pain by lubricating joints and connecting tissues. Other compounds are much better for actual collegen synthesis.

Tendon issues can be a real problem. I've tried Deca and it helps...... until you come off for a while (the pain usually comes back). hGH does seem to help with collagen cross synthesis. However, I always get a lot of tendon pain using it. So, while it might help to some extent it can cause greater pain in the injured area then one might be able to tolerate(from my experience). I think the realm of Sarms looks most promising in this regard. As far as rest is concerned, it is a necessary component of healing but your tendons won't get any better with just rest alone. PT exercises and light stretching bring blood back into the area which is crucial to tendon recovery.

When it comes to REAL healing properties, sarms are a great bet. Both MK-2866 and LGD do great in that regard and when used together as a healing stack, those effects are amplified tremendously. I would give sarms a shot if healing is your goal. You could even stack some TB-500 with it to enhance it even further

yeah i have found that if i dont use the tendon/muscle it doesnt seem to get better BUT if i do a lightweight movement and try to get blood into the area it feels much better. for example, i have a knee problem, i think some minor patellar tendonitis, so doing full ROM squats and the like really cranks pressure on my knee and it hurts unless i keep my knee completely straight over my feet, which means either super wide stance or my back leans forward too much. BUT i need to work my quads without putting stress on my knee, so i did some sissy squat type movements on the hack squat machine. if it caused any pain at all i changed my positioning until i found a comfortable position with no pain where i could focus on my quad contraction. PLUS it helped my knee feel better getting blood to the area. plus it helps you work on your form and figure out why it hurts and how to correct your improper form, if that was the cause..

Ofcourse hgh will help w this. BUT, over time. Its a long process which involves the proper rehab excercises and treatment. Plus the proper rest.
