Ive heard 4iu is the safe zone cutoff point. Anything higher and you could risk intestinal bloat

Too soon for me to tell on fatloss, I'm losing fat but I was before I started the gh as well. Energy is definitely there.

The intestinal bloat, at least IMO, would take a lot more than 4iu. There is a lot of theories of what causes the bloat, but I don't think we have hard evidence to pinpoint it, we just know about the era the problem started happening which is about the time hgh was being used. IGF-1, insulin and gh use in bodybuilding all came around the same time. Using those drugs also allows you to consume a lot more. So there is a lot of theories on what's causing it.

The wife and I are on 1iu ed for anti aging protocol ....5 weeks in ....with my summer cardio 6 miles ed and not working
out with the iron and no AAS and our diet is on point I would say we have seen a drop in fat -fat.... LOL

It's been 48 days for me and I'm @ 4 iu's a day and I'm starting to see some fat loss especially in my abdominal area. I have made some changes in my diet which may be contributing as well. As far as muscle growth I haven't seen anything real significant just yet.
