I'm almost 44yrs old looking to do a cycle of testosterone any advice ? I've had blood work done and my T level is 280 saw an endocrinologist and she doesn't like to give out testosterone!!! I've worked out ever since I was 19 I was thinking maybe 500mg of cypionate ??

Your in the source section but before anyone can give advice they need to know your height weight bf% goals gym experience ... How often you lift .... Your diet .... Seemed like a simple question but it requires more for a complex answer

I'm 6'1" about 270lbs (have a belly) would like to 220lbs I don't know my body fat ? I've been in the gym for over 20yrs I couldn't workout for the past year bc of back surgery(that's where I got the belly) but I've been back for a month now also swimming every other day
 
Forgot my diet!! I only drink water high protein low carbs !!

So hows THAT working out for you? You say you have a big belly...so you either just started dieting, which means you need to give it more time
or your diet needs work...your body doesn't lie... it will show you what is working and what is not

I've been dieting for about 4 months now the weight is coming off I'm not so worried about the weight but more like I'm not gaining muscle like I used too ?? And with my Testosterone at 280 I think I could use some cypionate?? I appreciate any and all advice !!

I would just lift more n clean your diet up and do cardio. Yes your test is lowish. But your bf is prolly 30%plus. Work on that belly n eating n cardio n then think bout gear.

It's hard to see muscle development with high bf.
 
Personally I think you should give SARMs a shot over AAS , some people have great success with GW / sr9 as far as your goal to meet 220 from 270 in conjunction with your improving diet and if you feel your not strong or whatever there are a lot of SARMs that can help in this area aswell my advice is read around these forums and watch Dylan's videos there is a lot safer ways to go about meeting goals with SARMs
 
Right now you really need to get into better condition before doing a steroid cycle. It's just not safe or healthy to run steroids at an elevated bodyfat.

dude...I am 6'2 and can barely hold on to 215. At 270 you are fat and at 220 you will still be fat. Working out for 100 years is good but if you want people to see that you workout then you need to diet.

Right now do not worry about muscle. Get that fat striped off of your body and get to the proper weight for your height i.e. about 190lbs. THEN you can do some test a put some muscle on. You may want to try a sarms stack for your weight control and some strength gains. Rick posted a good plan for you

Dude that's a 50lbs drop to simply loose excess weight that's pretty drastic. I wouldn't necessarily hope on a cycle. If you do I would suggest you clean up your diet asap.

May not all he fat though idk. Depends what you look like. I'm just guessing really. But ya... 270-220 is pretty big.

With low T it's going to be harder to lean down. You need to find a good doc that will put you on trt

35% down to around 21 at the start of this last cycle. I want to get measured again this week, but not sure it will happen.

Nice...I went from 34% to 20% in 10 months with just hard work and clean diet, I can't wait to start my run tomorrow!!
