I've a friend that will do his third cycle but he couldn't get arimidex or aromasin during cycle and he got nolvadex instead, this will help him with estrogenic issues? I wasn't sure so I decided to ask

No. I think every source here and isarms sells aromasin.

No it only blocks the receptors you need too stop the production . as long as your not useing deca or tren then nolvadex can be used as needed pn cycle too help with gyno flare up really good for that but not preventative dosing . get him too get an AI and save the nolvadex for his pct

No dude nolva can't replace an ai like aromasin. Plenty of sources here carry aromasin, no reason for your friend to jump the gun and start a cycle without it.

It was my thought that he should run an AI not nolvadex but wasn't sure! He will take test and winny I think not any progesterone such as deca, Tren

Tell him to get the Aromasin here on SARMSX it's very affordable... too much test will convert so why wait till he's all sore nipped and shitting bricks.

aromasin is stronger, arimidex is more mild.

Nolvadex is not an aromatize inhibitor. He needs arimadex or aromasin. That is what will control estrogen on cycle.
