I am very curious as to my planning and before I start anything I want to make sure I'm all set. I'm not sure what to use for PCT I'll show you what I plan on doing for my cycle and then you can hopefully tell me if this is good or bad. By the way I watched quite a few of your videos on YouTube maybe not enough LOL because I'm asking questions I just want to be sure just as you say it's imperative to do a good PCT.
First off I'm 160 male 32yrs old 5'10" I swim in jump rope for cardio and I do calisthenics and mostly used Bowflex with some free weights exercise minimum 3 times a week. My diet consists of Brussel sprouts sweet potatoes carrots random fruits chicken some red meat and a lot of noodles and or rice with sesame oil( because I like it).
400 mg a week test cyp. Strike mon/thur. 10/wk
Week 2. Start mastoral 10mg /8wk
Week 13 test stack 17 and arimidex./8wk
Week 20- dietary supplement DIANOBOL
NOT DIAN A BOL.. it is a legal steroid 100 tablets 3 tabs daily until finished
End cycle.
