I am new to the world of SARMs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Stats:
45 years old
205 pounds
5’ 11”
20 % Body fat
GOAL
My short term goal is a recomp. Add as much clean muscle as I can while dropping as much body fat as I can. Prepare for my 1st anabolic cycle.
MAIN CONCERN
I believe my metabolism has suddenly slowed down. I have always been in great shape and have maintained a body fat % of around 15% and a weight of 200 – 205 (last 10 -15 years). I have not really changed anything significant but my performance in the gym and on the basketball court has fallen off and I have a layer of fat around my mid-section. I can see my six-pack slowly fading away. Don’t have gut and don’t want one but my mid-section is different.
DIET & EXERCISE
My diet is about 90% healthy. I go hard as I can in the gym. Weights and bodyweight. Still in good shape. I have been fighting through a few nagging injuries.
PREPARING FOR A CHANGE
After watching Dylan’s videos and follow some of the threads on the forum I realize I am not ready for anabolics. So I have been looking at a SARMS cycle. I would like to eventually try a couple of anabolic cycles but I understand it would be defeating the purpose if my body fat percentage is not low enough.

Here is what I was thinking. I saw something similar on the forum but added GW and Mk-2866. Hoping to add Muscle and minus body fat. Will this work? Should I remove Mk-2866 from the PCT?
SARMS Cycle
1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later a.m.
1-12 GW-501516 20 mg day
1-12 Mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 d aspartic acid
Mini PCT 13-16
LiquiClo 50/25/25/25
GW-501516 20 mg day
Mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
If I just wanted to cut, what changes should I make to this cycle?
My Ultimate Goal is 200 – 205 @ 8 -9 % body fat. Last time I cut with only diet and exercise I lost to much weight. I was 182.5 pounds at 8% body fat. I was ripped but too small.
