Sorry for jumping in lol but do you not include the 2 week break from end of cycle to pct? so if I ran a 14 week cycle (deca and test) with 6 week pct should i take off 20 weeks or 22 weeks because of the 2 week break?
Yes you would include that time as well, so in reality a 12 week cycle is more like 14 and then the 4 week pct, so really it's 18 weeks off. The thing is that these are general guidelines. There's nothing set in stone, but the longer you take between cycles the better. Better for your health, and you'll get better gains the next cycle by taking more time off. People that cycle too early get far less gains. This has a lot to do with myostatin a,ong other things like desensitization, etc...
