Hello Dylan, I am from Canada. I have been on a cycle for 7 weeks, super test 400 once a week 1 cc Monday and sust 250 twice a week mon and thurs 1 cc. I am 6 ' 2 194 lbs when started the cycle . I am now 214 lbs but feel I could have gained more muscle look and strength. Don't get me wrong I have come along way but I Plateued I am stuck at 214 and my strength is stuck. I want to add Dbol for 4 weeks to break through this and make some more gains. I will continue taking test enanthate at 500 mg a week and sust 250 500 mg a week. Dbol will be 30-40 mg a day. Your thoughts and help please I follow your videos and advice and love listening to them. What pct should I do while adding dbol to my cycle as well. I have clomid for after my cycle and hcg. Will get Nolvadex for pct as well.

NO, flat out NO... you NEVER run dbol at the end of a cycle and why in the world are you running so much test? your going to cause HUGE damage to yourself... your behaving very reckless... you NEVER add dbol towards the end of a cycle... the worst thing you could do is raise estrogen even higher right before pct... you have no clue what your doing and your just going to hurt yourself.. your already over doing it on test as it is... your underweight, so im guessing your diet is not where it needs to be.. instead of depending on juice you need to find the real problem, which is clearly your diet... maybe you need to post your diet so we can help you fix the real problem
 
Taking 1G a week of test AND adding d-bol is not the answer and a very reckless and unnecessary protocol. You make no mention of stats or OCT.

You're diet and training need to change as needed. This could be every 2 weeks or every 2 months, depending on the individual.

First off you are taking too much test.At the end of that cycle you may well be bloated from estrogen and water.Adding dbol will makes things worse.You gained 10lbs in 7 weeks and are complaining? If you back the test down to 500mg,you could add winstrol in the last 5 weeks.
With dbol you always begin a cycle with it...not in the middle or especially not at the end.
Hopefully you are on aromasin right now, and you will need a complete pct after that big cycle.
 
Whoa over 20lbs in 7 weeks and your not happy with results first its a male sex hormone not the shit they gave captain america slow down thats an impressive weight gain .however I think the reason your not impressed is it doesnt look like 20 lbs that should make a dramatic differance too your physique unless its all water bloat and your running 900 mg of test probably without an AI so yeah not smart. As far as adding dbol so your already bloated as fuck now were gonna add the king of bloat NONONONO!!!!# reckless you need too step back and retgink this whole thing
 
You have gained 20 lbs. you should be extremely happy with that. I don't see what you are complaining about. Though I will say you have an extreme amount of aromatization in that cycle and you may drop well over 10 lbs when you come off from all the water. It just depends on how well you controlled your diet and your estrogen which it doesn't sound like you did.

Dbol is the last thing in the world to add at this point. It's about the worst thing you could do. Just finish this cycle up and run the proper pct after your esters clear. This is what you should be running

I eat 3500- 4500 calories daily depending on how busy I am with running my business and work. I work out 5 times a week 1.5 hours daily. Eat healthy meals at home not fast food crap. I protein - 300 grams daily, I carb 300 grams daily. Am I off ? I feel im ok on what im doing with meals and protein and carbs. I sleep 12 hours a night sometimes naps throughout day as well. I don't have to much water retention I do get compliments on how I look all the time from people who haven't seen me in months. I read forums everywhere saying dbol added 4 weeks to bust plateu and get more gains is fine. mid cycle I am running 14 to 16 week cycle. My liver,kidneys,heart,bp work is all perfect had it done 3 days ago.

Damn, a gram of test a week? I think you need to check your source or make sure your diet is really up to par. You def do not want dbol at the end of cycle. Tbol would be a better option. But, I feel like you should evaluate everything and make sure you're in control and not going to destroy everythin you've worked for plus more.
 
You can't expect to accomplish all your goals in one cycle. 20 lbs in 7 weeks is phenomenal. Now I'm betting a decent amount of that is water since you're running your test so high but nonetheless you're only halfway to finishing. I would steer away from dbol. Thats not what you want bro. You said you did bloodwork 3 days ago, what is your estrogen looking like? It sounds to me like you want gains "now" and you're rushing trying to get them as fast as possible. This just isn't sustainable the way you're approaching it. If I were you I'd make sure your estrogen is in control and adjust your dose/ai as needed. I wouldn't add dbol in there, I would just run out the rest of the cycle only using test.

At this point in the cycle mysotatin has reached near peak levels in your body and your gains will be stalled. That is just the way it is bro. It's basic physiology. So adding in Dbol makes zero sense because you won't gain any muscle from it....just water. I don't where you got the information from but there is a lot of misinformation out there and I wouldn't listen to it. That's why nobody finishes with Dbol. People use Winstrol or anavar to harden up and clean up gains at the end of a cycle. That does make sense.

Your expectations are not realistic at all going forward with this cycle. You can't possibly expect to gain more at this point. Gaining 20 lbs is a huge amount as it is. I've never gains 20 lbs in a cycle in my life, but it has to do with how close to your genetic potential you are and how much muscle mass you carry. The less muscle on your frame, the more you can gain in a cycle and that's why this cycle you gained so much. Generally your first cycle you will gain the most

1. I was reading 6'2 194 but now i see where you say you gained the size... however if you think for one second you can gain over 40 lbs. on cycle and keep it etc. then you need to come back to our planet... gaining 10-15 lbs. on cycle and actually keeping it IS HUGE in itself.. you've already passed that, now whether or not you keep it is another story but if you add dbol, i assure you that you will be losing half or more of what you gain...

2. your taking way too much test and ONCE AGAIN you DONT ADD FUCKING DBOL MID OR LATE CYCLE... dbol is used at the beginning of a cycle ONLY... YOUR NOT LISTENING ABOUT RAISING ESTROGEN TO THAT EXTENT AT THE END OF A CYCLE... you dont get it... i dont care if your all your bloodwork is fine now... IT WONT BE if you dont start listening
