Help me build a cut plan

Ok guys. I?m gonna try to do a serious cut which I?ve never really done aggressively.
Here is what I have on hand. I?m open to suggestions and have funds to get whatever I need.
Help me build a plan.

TRT 50mg EOD

GW
RAD
LDG
MK2866
Anavar
NPP

are you wanting to use a combination of sarms and aas? You really dont need any aas for a big cut...

what other compounds have you ran in the past?
 
I?m rather not use any AAS other than TRT. But open to suggestions.
My stats are 6?1 234lbs 17-18% BF. 42yrs old.
My goals are to get below 14% bf and hold on to muscle. I?ve tried to cut before but loose strength and size very quickly and quit cutting. Hoping I can come up with stack to prevent than. My weakness like most is diet, mostly large appetite.

I lift 6 days a week, cardio 25-35 min a day currently.

I?ve ran Test, GW, RAD, LDG, EQ, primo, NPP, Tbol

Last cycle was below. I went from 227 to 238lbs in 8 weeks. I?m down to 234lbs now. My appetite was insane with this, thinking the NPP was cause.
Test 200mg
NPP 250mg
Ldg 10mg
Rad 20mg
Gw 20mg

Here is what I was thinking for this cut.
Test 200mg
GW 20mg
Mk2866 25mg bump you 50mg week 2
RAD 20mg
Phentermine first 4 weeks to help with appetite

Is there anything else I can add to help hold muscle as calorie deficits increase?

I forgot to mention S4. I?ve used it and side effects on vision really bad with me.
Not comfortable with S23 yet.
Definitely gonna have the Mk2866 in there.

drop the phentermine bro... i really do not like to see anyone using that unless they medically need it

for sarms on this cut, i would go with gw, sr9009, mk2866 and rad140 unless your comfort level is there with yk11, then i would HIGHLY recommend that

For sure , sadly some get it some dont, atleast its temporary, I do love the stack Dylan laid out for you, I ran that for my first stack and my strength gains shot way up in 12 weeks and I wasnt even trying to put on size but I did somehow lol, either way it was and awesome cycle, rad is one of my all time favorites, I dont get greedy so for me I dont need the best or strongest i need what's going to work for my goals and what I feel comfortable with, so that's the exact stack I ran and I was hitting pr every week, I can say no doubt even with out trying you will just randomly do a weight or lift you've done 1000 times and it just magically feels like a feather lol, Dylan knows how strong i got over 12 weeks especially back shoulders and leg lifts
 
So me personally i wouldnt touch your TRT dose. 50mg/EOD is essentially around 175mg/week so just leave it if it has you in the normal healthy range.

From there I mean you are pinning every other day if funds allow I would look at running primobolan stacked with it. In addition you toss in Cardarine (gw501516), sr9009, and say a yk11/rad140 and that would be a mean stack.

If you dont want to add anything else injectable (which again you are dosing EOD and such small volume unless doing subq TRT you could easily add in the primobolan) then gw, sr, mk2866, rad140/yk11.
 
I decided to go with
TRT 175mg/wk
RAD 20mg
MK2866 25mg up to 50mg week two
GW 20mg.

I?ve been cutting/dieting only on TRT for month of Aug. I was 238lbs and now at 228lbs. No strength loss yet. Definitely lost a little size based on my body measurements I keep.

Today I added the sarms. Could be placebo but I have good experience with PEDs. I could tell a difference immediately at gym. Lift easier and was able to squeeze out 2-3 extra reps. I don?t think its in my mind as I?m in tune with my what I?m capable of on and off PEDs

All Sarms from S4S. I?m gonna keep track with progress pics. I?m gonna shoot for 205lbs and see how I look. Appreciate all the advice guys!
 
Update on my cut with Sarms for Sale. Extremely pleased with quality.
Came in at 222lbs today. Dropped 6lbs this week. Lightest I?ve been in 3 years. Really strict on diet, no cheating at all.
I doubled my cardio this week. I?m around 1 hr a day on top of lifting. S4S GW is fantastic
I?ve actually lost no strength and went up a small amount on a few lifts. I credit the sarms.
Stamina is crazy good.
I?ll probably double my MK this week.
I?m keeping a picture log that I?ll try to post at some point.

Update on cut. Weight stayed the same this week at 222lbs.
Interesting thing is my waist dropped by 1.75in And my scale says BF dropped by 1% but no change in weight.
Abdominals starting to show a little.

Had a little more fatigue during workouts but no drop in strength at all.
Also I can definitely tell went I eat foods that digest more slowly. Staying away from red meat.
Overall I?m enjoying the process and the sarms definitely help with preserving strength and muscle tone in calorie deficit.
 
Took a week off of the calorie deficit and went back to maintenance calories. My body stopped dropping weight at 222lbs.
I?m at 225 now but my waist is smaller than in years. Strength and endurance is fantastic. I?m loving the dry gains from this S4S cycle.
I?m experiencing one side effect which is acne in my scalp, primarily on back of head. Finally got all my home gym orders in and am lifting heavy at home on chest and shoulders. Had pump in chest today like I?ve never had. I?m going to continue this cut for extended period of time. My body seems to thrive off a leaner build. I?ve noticed some unusual benefits of being leaner, mostly in the bed room. Sex drive, performance, satisfaction better. No need at all for cialis. Update again soon.
 
Quick update. I think taking the week off of being in calorie def paid off. Seemed my body adjusted quickly while in deficit and stopped dropping weight. The reset week ramped back up my metabolism. I weighed in today at 221lbs. My scale says my SubQ BF is 14.2%, visceral BF 12%, total BF 16.9%. Who really knows how accurate that is but those are lowest numbers since I?ve kept track. I?ve lost literally no strength since going from 238lbs to 221lbs. I?ve actually got a little stronger which I completely give credit to the sarms from S4S. I?m in love with mk2866, for me it?s better than LDG. I get puffy on LDG but I?m ultra super sensitive to anything that could hold water. Next goal is 215lbs! Then on to hopefully 205lbs.
