Hi there ... i been training for 2 years now m 26 years old 5.5ft and 121lbs.. i think i have reached my plateau where gains r stopped.. i was on whey protein.. now m thinking for lean mass gainer for 2 month den gonna start my first cycle so as a first cycle shall i just strt with only test p or stack test p and tren acetate and also how much dosage.also what precautions shall i take to stay away frm side effects like.. acne gyno baldness bcoz i preety much got oily and acne pron skin... plz note m noob so detailed information will b appreciate :rolleyes:
 
Welcome aboard, You have not hit a plateau at 2 years in the gym, your diet and training regimen need to be adjusted.
 
I think you've reach a mental plateau where you have found it easier to think you have stopped growing and such rather than accept that you are not doing everything possible to help yourself. Nutrition, training... two years huh? Yeah you have come nowhere near a plateau. You ask if your 1st cycle should be test and tren and what should you take to avoid sides... I'm sure your training, diet and nutrition have had at least as much effort as you put into your research for your cycle.
I personally wouldn't advise your lazy ass of anything other than this: "You get out what you put in... this applies to all aspects of life, not just training. Quit being a lazy little shit." M noob so spoon feeding my lazy ass is expected :rolleyes:

Bro, to say you've hit a plateau at 26 years old, 121 lbs and 2 years training is absurd. You need to reevaluate your diet and your training. Steroids are nothing you should even be considering right now.

thanks for reply gyz... see the thing is actually i been training for 5 years but there was gap of year between that is why i said 2 years..
 
Bro you are undersized and havent been lifting long enough. Eat more, eat better and train harder

im sorry, is this a misprint... did you seriously just say your doing a physique show at 121 pounds? you going to gain 50 lbs in two months??? even for physique, you have to have one bro... you have a very long time before you need to be thinking about that... your diet has to be flawed top to bottom... why dont you post your daily diet so you can get real help and stop the steroid talk nonsense... you will fucking destroy yourself at only 121 pounds using steroids...
 
Ya man lets hold off on the PEDs because if we don't find out why you can't gain mass naturally you'll just rebound really hard when you come off and then lose all That you worked for. Tell us about your diet and training

I understand you are a short guy, so your weight will be on the lower end, but 121 lbs even at your height is very small. I do genuinely want to help you and give you the right guidance, but can I ask what your training and diet looks like? Let's start there
