Hello AR

grapefruit is wonderful on so many levels... not only is it full of fiber so it keeps you satiated but it regulated insulin which helps to lose weight...

absolutely grapefruit is amazing, as are most fruits and veggies. not to mention Grapefruit tastes PHENOMENAL. people tend to forget that GOD is a bio-engineer

true, it does seem like you are eating a bit too much fat, but when i looked at her Pics it said 35g..but just looking at the eggs, bacon, and peanut butter it seems a lot more...

(especially during fall and winter when jonagold is in season)

Can I just say I used a bad example haha. I dont typically eat canadian bacon actually dont even Care for it. And the peanut butter was in yogurt that I actually shared with bigb.
But any way I took all the advice from u guys and bought grapefruit. ..Apple's..kale..fresh green beans..spinach.. and already had chicken fish and ground turkey. I made chickrocks breakfast idea for tomorrow and for the rest of the week its egg whites and grapefruit for breakfast. I cooked chicken in the crockpot today..and having that for lunch tomorrow..rest of the week for lunch will be salad with low sodium tuna. Does this sound better?

yeah i understand lol, i saw you say that it wasnt normal and your normal diet was mostly lean meats like turkey and chicken and fish,

thats awesome. kale, spinach, fresh green beans, apples, egg whites and grapefruit for breakfast, crockpot chicken, heck yeah now THAT is more like it. that sounds a lot better, getting me amped up, i get excited about sweet Diet plans lol..all those greens are LOADED with nutrients and fiber, including potassium for you

the only thing i dont like about fresh green beans is snapping them and cutting them, it takes FOREVER because i have too cook at least 2 lbs for myself to eat during the week.

also, there is a pretty nice recipe for green beans that my wife makes, she got it from a friend. it is basically green beans, bacon, almonds, grapeseed oil, garlic/onion powders, salt/pepper, etc. It has a bit of fat but they are good sources and if you eat virtually 0 fat all day, this recipe gives you the added fat macros for the day so it is nice. if you want the recipe let me know i will ask my wife..

Well I guess if she's not quite sweet enough, you can always sprinkle some Stevia on it.

Cut the grapefruit in half add stevia and cinnamon and grill it or put it in a toaster oven for or broiler for 5-7 mins
