I think you may have some image issues that we are not able to help you with. Steroids and sarms will not make you taller. I doubt anyone on here is an expert on the limb extending procedure, but even if so, it's not the place to get info on it. Nothing you eat is going to make you taller. Accutane is a terrible idea for you right now. Sorry, I know acne sucks, but you're young and running gear. You're gonna have alotta acne. Not sure what other advice I should repeat to you.

Hey man, not to step out of line, but you may need to seek out a therapist. There's no shame in that. I see one every week. Plenty of people seek out help for confidence issues.
