heartburn from orals/steroid use (on cycle)

anything for mitigating this? I have been running:

npp @ 150mg EOD
adrol 50mg ED
dbol 20mg ED

going to lower the anadrol to 25 ED and dbol to 10 ED

should I be concerned? It just started happening not that frequently, but I want to prevent anything from happenining.

Well bro, you are stacking two toxic orals and running them at regular doses, so I don't know what else you'd expect. Orals themselves cause this when you run ONE in most people. For acid reflux I take prilocec 40 mgs per day, u can also use zantac at 150 mg a day if u like that one

are you taking cycle support man? you are stacking orals and not even cutting the doses in half... i guess i dont know what you would expect?

yes guys I overdid it with the doses. dropped the adrol and only using 10mg dbol pre workout, it already has gotten better.

I run NAC, milk thistle, and choline & inositol for liver support

When you fry your gut from stacking orals like this you have completely killed off the acid you need and your PH is way off. First you need to back off the oral steroids and start working on getting your gut right. Kombucha, yogurt, ginger tea, acidophilus... I mean there is a number of ways to attack this. And it's not presence of more acid it's the lack thereof so get going on getting your good stomach acid built up. You just killed all the stuff you need to digest and clean the walls of your stomach.

Always consider this with any oral steroid.
