hCG injection

Yesterday, I started hCG. I injected it sub-q in my stomach and today it’s a little red and sore to the touch.. any advice?

That’s normal. You want to rotate to other places of your body where you store body fat and inject it there. Glutes...etc

there's not much advice to give... it happens... it should be fine in a day or two...

Iv always inject HCG in the lower abdomen blow the the belly button sometimes u can get red and irritated but that’s normal make sure to pinch the skin and inject under the skin. Iv never inject HCG anywhere else then the lower stomach.
