So ive taken a bit of a hiatus from being involved here for obvious reasons to any of you that recall I have been patiently awaiting the arrival of my baby girl. Just thought id share a photo of her because im proud as all hell and shes the most beautiful girl ive ever laid eyes on. All the other fathers that advised me over the past months were right... ive never felt so full of love and pure joy. And im tired as fuck.


With that being said... Im back. Getting to the gym has been tough but I still get at least 4 or 5 good sessions in. Still feeling pretty strong and able to maintain a surplus of cals. The lack of sleep is tough but we are managing.

That's awesome brother! Congratulations! Becoming a father changes everything for the better. I remember it like yesterday when my daughter was born. The feeling of love I had for that child I had never seen before was undescribable. She is now 9 and I also have a 5 year old son. Your life is about to change in a very positive way, and you are going to build some awesome memories with that child as she grows up and you see the changes she goes through.
