Before I talk about myself, I would like to thank you guys for the information on this forum as well as Dylan Gemelli for his Youtube channel.. truthfully It stops alot of people from hurting themselves. The emphasis on proper diet, being safe, and pct... Thats stuff people need to hear when they research this stuff.. Godbless

My story

7 months ago I was diagnosed with testicle cancer... long story short lefty went over to the darkside and is no longer with us... 7 months later I am in complete remission and am back to 100 percent health. The only problem I have is that over that 7 months of healing my hormones went bonkers and basically I lost 30 lbs and gained about 5% bodyfat... not exactly the body recomp i had in mind for this year...

My Stats

25 years old
6 ft
167 lbs =*(
14% body fat

My Goals

Over a 1 year period

gain 25-35 lbs
drop body fat to 7%

My Cycle

1-12 Ostarine 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 test prop 500mg total a week pin eod

pct

My Questions

I only have 1 testicle so shut down really scares me. Will adding the test completely shut me down?

Does test complement this stack? Is it worth adding?

Ive very prone to holding water will I need an ai with this cycle?

How much should I increase my caloric intake while on cycle?

Is there something I can take to limit shutdown while on cycle?

Is there something I can add to a pct to prevent my body from going catabolic?

What kind of growth potential does this stack have? how much of that is gained by adding test to the stack? (I know diet is the key in determining this Im just talking potential)

AI is definitely needed...aromasin 12.5. Mg EOD
A test base is always a compliment to a stack
you need to. Up your caloric intake as much as possible for weight gain. If your looking at adding 30 lbs or so to your weight in a years time you might want to add deca to that..but if u do add caber.
shut down is goin to occur so use both nolvadex and clomid on your pct to make full recovery

For your case, I would strongly suggest forgetting about the test as part of this. It will shut you down badly compared to sarms alone, and at your current stats you should be able to grow considerably without steroids. Forget about test or any AAS right now

Any time you want to gain size, you need to increase calories. How much is user specific and depends on a lot of things. We also can't tell you how much you will gain. That is the single worst question you could possibly ask, and there is no answer for that. There are no guarantees, everyone is different, and its impossible to predict results.

The sarms are as far as you should go, and based on you being undersized you could honestly grow fine without them especially considering muscle memory and how quick you can gain from that.

Welcome to adrenaline rush brother... great to have you here and you have come to the right place and you will quickly find there is no forum in existence like this... let's get down to your questions...

I would be very careful about running anything that can cause any high amount of shutdown with your condition bro... rather risky and im not sure the risk/reward is there... i would stick with things like sarms and peptides as they will give you the results without the sides... you could add proviron along with your stack for some extra enhancement... it won't be anything drastic but won't cause concern... the best option you could go with now is the sarms super stack... you still have plenty of size to gain on top of that at six foot and only 167... you don't want massive growth too fast or your really going to be sorry when your that undersized... you need to take this as a marathon, not a sprint and you can do this right, for the long term, or try to go too fast and further set yourself back... here is what i would do...

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
5-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 proviron 50 mg day
9-12 daa

Mini pct 13-16


clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

Hey guys, Thank you for all the advice... The reason I had so many questions is because my situation is pretty different to anyone else. So thank u.. I was planning on reaching my goals over a years time. While I do feel kinda cheated because I worked so hard for so many years to get those gains.. I know they will come back but you are totally correct I need to keep myself in check its not a race.. Its my body I only get one..

I know its impossible to predict how much I would gain I was more looking for what each of these drugs is capable of.. for instance in dylans youtube video's he would sometimes say something along the lines of "with the right diet and workout plan gaining 10 clean pounds is totally possible" Thats more what I was looking for not what will I gain.. I was just trying to get an ball park idea.

Logs are always beneficial brother. If you can, I'm sure many would like to see you log this. It's always good to see as much feedback and as much different perspectives from users as possible.

It is such a huge benefit to do a log for a variety of reasons bro... it not only serves as a guide to so many others on what to expect, how to go about things, seeing the types of results to see through different approaches, etc. but it also serves as a reference for yourself so you know what to and not to do for yourself throughout as well... there are so many reasons why it is a huge benefit and we always encourage logs when on is willing to run one
