I will say, Dymatize has good tasting stuff. I just don't think their quality and profile is the best

Dude the fat content in synthol os crazy high. Never really payed attention to it till recentlt. I still love it though

It's not that bad, is it?
It's certainly not fat free or sugar free, but I think it's pretty decent. Especially for how good it tastes. I personally like the fast and slow digesting proteins they use. Also, it doesn't make me gassy or bloated like some other kinds.
To each his own I suppose.

Its pretty high dude like I really didnt think it was till I started comparing some proteins and looked into some things. If you use my fitness pal and look at the graph you will see what i mean by the fat impact it has vs say like hydopure or isopure. Idk. I don't really give a fuck It tastes bomb. But when I diet I do have to cut it out and swich over to something cleaner.

Most protein I find has 0 fat in it actually but really fat is not a huge deal. Its not a big threat unless your being super strict. Your fats will burn constantly during the day and while you sleep. Unlike say a carb... That's something you actually have to expend energy to burn. Fats are cool for the most part.
I don't like the ingredient profile in syntha-6 at all. I go for a high protein content with minimal fat and carbs

The only syntha 6 I have was given to me. It's definitely not on my favorites list.
I will have to check out the Muscle Gauge Nutrition.
