Hello, I’m 34 and have been playing basketball and working out for 16 plus years. Body fat is at 10% and I am in very good natty shape. I do feel like my body over all is breaking down. I play ball with kids in their early 20’s so I’m looking for that leg up. So I’m starting a 6mo cly of H in 4 days.
I’m dealing with an ex bodybuilding friend whom knows a lot about this. But not on the sports sides of things.
I guess I want to know your thoughts on ius per day, and what can I expect out of this? Am I wasting my money and time? Or will it help? Thanks guys!!!
