Gyno since puberty fix?

Unfortunately, if you have had gyno from puberty, it’s a slim to none chance that anything you do will reverse it so surgery may very well be your only option. The “anti-gyno protocols” that you find work best when you catch it early.
Would I consult my physician for it or a specific doctor?

Definitely. You want to be certain you actually have gyno. You’d be surprised how many guys are just a higher bf% and believe they have gyno but if they simply cut down, it would go away. If you do in fact have gyno, you’ll have to find a reputable plastic surgeon to remove the gland. There are some good ones around and I’m sure some of our guys here could recommend one.
My only issue is how expensive it is I doubt my insurance would cover the surgery otherwise I’d set up an appointment tomorrow. However ever since I’ve started eating better and lifting the gyno has reduced a lot but its still visible.
a plastic surgeon is generally who will do it for you... i paid 3500 for the very best surgeon in las vegas when i had mine done.. you can TRY an anti gyno protocol but i DO NOT want you to get your hopes up because there is a less than 5% chance it would work.. the surgery is very easy... it took 45 minutes and to avoid higher fees, i just stayed awake... it was easy as can be...
