I listen to EDM music, steady130 website (dance mix), or regaton.
I don't know how my hubby does it, but he works out with no music, he does hear all the gym gossip though!..lol..he can't believe some of the stuff people talk about at the gym in the open..he has tones of funny stories..lol

I completely agree, and I was at that concert great show.
Metallica got me into metal and then I just went heavier and heavier from there.
