GW50 and anaerobic activity

That is extremely interesting.... so me being a endurance athlete competing in 30mil races etc.. hes basically saying ill drop dead from exertion ? and the meals i eat prior to race are useless? so ... every few miles i always hit a GEL .. its full of simple sugars and come caffinee to keep me pumping hes article basically says this is useless.. ive been on GW for 2 weeks now... the most in a day ive ran i think is 16 miles? at nothing more then a 9 min pace.. hmm and i dont run anything less then 6 + miles a day ... i dunno i never feel like SHIT that he is claiming... infact i try to push it to see if GW is actually helping my VO2
 
Yeah guys forget aicar I wrote an article about and why it does have some interesting effects on things like heart cancer cells it's so damn expensive and also has some bad side effects. GW is superior by far. I just got some SR9009 on order and ready to see how this works. I have heard nothing but great feedback very excited.

no im not saying it doesnt work im saying.. why does he think i dont get energy from foods / gels while im on GW?
 
Why even argue about if GW50 works for all kinds of exercises when we can look up a medical study that shows exactly HOW GW50 (and AICAR) work. Sure, not everyone can read them, but I can read many of them and translate, so here one is:



Endurance was measured. How long can the rat exercise for without getting tired. Sure, they cannot realistically do strength exercises with rats, so that part is inconclusive. It DOES say how amazing GW50 can be, though.

The type of exercise is irrelevant to the way the enzymes work. The enzymes are activated in the presence of physical exertion. The type of physical exertion does not matter, all it needs to do is cause the body stress and the enzymes kick in to do all their different types of work. When you combine GW50 AND exercise, you get a huge increase in enzymes doing their jobs. Again, all that is needed is the stress caused by physical exertion, they type of exertion does not matter to the body.

Late to the party, but great post man. I do both HIIT and long distance running and I can tell you that I personally experienced a huge up tick in performance regardless of the training. Especially when I jump rope.
 
My preferred method of training is high intensity low volume. Every working set I do is extremely intense, and I can tell from absolute certainty that GW has taken my workouts to a whole new level and always has. My workouts are always best when I'm using GW

Of course my cardio is on another level with GW, but all of my anaerobic activity in my weightlifting sessions experience a huge increase in performance as well
