That is extremely interesting.... so me being a endurance athlete competing in 30mil races etc.. hes basically saying ill drop dead from exertion ? and the meals i eat prior to race are useless? so ... every few miles i always hit a GEL .. its full of simple sugars and come caffinee to keep me pumping hes article basically says this is useless.. ive been on GW for 2 weeks now... the most in a day ive ran i think is 16 miles? at nothing more then a 9 min pace.. hmm and i dont run anything less then 6 + miles a day ... i dunno i never feel like SHIT that he is claiming... infact i try to push it to see if GW is actually helping my VO2
