This question might net some various answers based on my googling but I wanted to ask here with you folks.

I have already seen the endurance side increase from GW. Now i still run out of breathe and everything but the main change i noticed was my HR was harder to get up high and quicker to come back down. So to me this must be part of the endurance perk.

About how long should it take for noticeable fat burning effects? I understand its not a going to happen in 1 week but for general rule of thumb what have other people seen maybe? 4 weeks, 8 weeks?

Thanks!

sounds like it and depending how hard you are working at the cardio you should see some fat loss in week 2-4 i would say your breathing should be getting better as well

thats variant depending upon your diet bro... you can increase your endurance, output, metabolism etc. as much as you want but if your diet is not consistent then you clearly will not burn as much as you should be... if your diet is on point, its still variant from person to person depending upon how your training etc... you should see fat loss regardless, weight loss is something totally different... essentially a few weeks in and you should see fat coming off...

For me I feel the effects of GW in like 3-4 days, but I start to see noticeable change on the scale and in the mirror starting around week 3-4. Run GW for 12 weeks and if you want increased fat loss throw in some SR9009 from sarms x for the best quality. And make sure the diet is in check, that's a huge variable.

Thanks Dylan. Diet is something that I always battle with and do what i can to keep it on point. Rickrock gave me some pointers to help with this. I am not concerned with a weight number be that gaining or loosing, just appearance. Now if they could only make a magic thing that let you pick where the fat loss went away from haha. Fat loss is fat loss though, step in the right direction where ever it leaves from. I only purchased 1 bottle, and it sounds like i will be cutting myself short if i do not at least bring it out to 8 weeks, so that will be my next step.

How does EC stack with GW? Previous to trying GW, i was doing some Hydroxicut with some EC stack mixed in.

They do, this magic that you speak of is called liposuction. Lol

HIIT is steady cardio. People often Harv the misconception that only running or bike riding is cardio so basically anything that gets your heart pumping fast is cardio.
Sarmsx GW will REALLY bring your cardio to a new level. You'll love it.

eca stacks extremely well with gw.. EVERYTHING stacks well with gw because GW is the ultimate performance enhancer and brings out the very best in everything that you do so you can definitely stack them together

Bringing back my old post with some updates. I ran only 1 bottle of GW and did not order anymore due to RL coming into play and just not having the time to work out as I want. Things have settled down for the time being so I took the opportunity to get to the doctor to get some baseline numbers for myself. I have attached the BMI machine data from the doctors office. I also did a full blood work hoop-la that I should have back in a week i believe.

I have been eating in a calorie deficit for awhile now, sorry not that exact. My baseline has been to try to keep my total calories around 2000. One of the main reasons for getting the the BMI machine was to see if this number was actually appropriate for myself or not. It states my Basal metabolic rate should be around 1960, which put my maintenance around 2700 calories per day i believe. So my 2k calories estimate is a little lower than the 500 i was shooting for but not horrible.

My work outs right now per week consist of:
Cardio: 3 ish times a week, up to 4 max. I do a 3-3.5 mile loop, 1 mile is a slow jog about 9 minutes, mile 2 i do HIIT sprinting for the whole mile, usually ends up being about 4-5 all out sprints, and the last mile is a light to moderate jog as well. The 3.5 mile version takes me just under 40 minutes to complete.
Resistance training: Monday Chest, Tuesday Back, Wednesday Legs, Thursday Chest, Friday Back, Saturday Legs, Sunday off, Ab training is every other day. I am just doing the compound movements for each section of the body and I am working on doing different exercises for each day per week. IE rows tues and pull ups friday type of setup.

Diet wise I am looking to improve myself. I need to bring up my protein to at least 190 grams, i have been coming short in the 130-140 range and eating too main carbs. I have been tracking my calories more than my macros. Not sure how smart this next part is but since I feel like I have stalled out weight loss wise, i decided to start a IF dieting with the 16hours fasted and 8 hour feed window. Today is only day 3 so i havent noticed anything. My idea was to shake up my body some and give it a month trial.

I will post up my blood results once I have them.

So with all this being said ( sorry for the length ) and my goal being to simple remove some more the the fat surrounding the mid section of my body... Any suggestions? Or heck if I am way off on something let me know so i can address it. I am thinking about ordering some more GW to help speed things up, but i want to make sure everything else I have above looks in-line with what my goals are.

Don't know what the general consensus is on here regarding this but for me after 4 years consciously trying to drop bf% the only thing to really get things moving has been following a Ketogenic diet,

Its fairly simple you keep Carbs V low (under 20g, mostly all from green vegetables) Fats high (around 180g+) and protein in the middle (about 90g), the ratios vary on who and what you want to believe but this worked for me. The idea being your body burns through all carbs and carb bi-products stored in your liver and muscles in the beginning and turns to burning dietary fat, in the process using some of your stored fat for energy. As with everything the web is filled with discussion/arguments/dos/don'ts/wills/will nots regarding keto, I'd say well worth investigating if your looking to drop bf% quickly, others would disagree.

I started off 5,10" 215lbs around 23-25%bf at the beginning of December and just yesterday weighed in at 187lbs and about 15%, abs slowly starting to show, looking a bit more ripped, getting a ton of comments. Best shape I've ever been in and showing no sign of stopping.

Just started running GW to keep things moving, then tie in some S4 maybe, see how far I can get to 11/12% then drop the keto diet and go for size

you have a nice deficit for weight loss in place... i would raise your cardio to 4-5 times per week... keep mixing up steady state cardio... at least 45 minutes each session... mix in running, swimming, stairclimbing and the elliptical...

GW and SR would be great for you... they will jumpstart your metabolism and really help you with endurance, which will allow you to do much more ultimately resulting in far more output and providing max weight loss

I have a co-worker that is trying a Keto diet for his own health reasons so I have learned a lot about it from him. Sadly with my family and children and planning of meals (picky eaters) I've concluded that at this time it is not a viable solution I can use. This is the reason that I looked into GW, since it is supposed to help with your body using fat for energy much like ketos does. My 1st run with it was only about 4 weeks so I did not give it enough time I think.

And thanks Dylan, i was wondering if i was doing too much or maybe not enough cardio at this point. I would like to get my blood results back and see what is what. I am assuming everything should be in order there. Once i get that I will be getting back into the Sarms.

GW and SR9009 would be incredible additions for you. It's a great combo, and if you have the means to do so a stack would actually be the most beneficial. This is what I personally would recommend

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day
