I'm a new subscriber to your YouTube channel (love all the info and knowledge) and have known about sarms for the past 6 months now.
I have done a 6 week cycle with MK 2866 and MK 677 - i got sick with food poisening at the 6 week mark so i couldn't make the full 8 weeks unfortunately.
I have tried LGD 4033 stacked with MK 2866 but it was only for 4 weeks (pointless cycle)
I really want to do this combo again but for 8 weeks.. or possibly 12 weeks?
I liked how the LGD 4033 started to work and didn't make me hold any extra water weight.
I have been watching a lot of your videos and noticed you keep mentioning post cycles and it's a must after using these 2 different sarms to get yourself out of the subression state i might fall into after a cycle with MK 2866 and LGD.
How long should the post cycle be for and do i only need to take GW501516?
I have been lifting weights for 20 years now and serioulsy as a BB for the past 9 years. I'm 35 years old always been a natural BB, I'm currently 103kg (227Lb) at roughly 14% bf. I'm 192cm (6"3) tall.
I always eat clean never muck up on the nutrition side of things and i train hard staying consistant.
Do you think a 8 or 12 cycle would be more benficial for me.. I'll only be doing this cycle for 2018 and that'll be it for
the year!
I was wondering if you could put me in the right direction with what i need for a 8 or 12 week cycle.
Im was thinking:
12 weeks
3 x MK 2866
3 x MK 4033
1 x GW 501516 (post cycle)
Is that too long on 2866, what are your thoughts? If so what are some other good lean muscle gaining combo i could go on if i need to give MK 2866 a break.
