Hey all, ive been a lurker for a while and this place has really given me piece of mind regarding how to safely proceed with extra credit activities lol, as I'm gettin old now.

Quick rundown, ill be 55, not a gym rat but have been doing pretty physical work since I was 17.

Five years ago, maybe 6, developed a back injury that wouldn't go away, SIJ.

Long story short after sitting around for X amount of years I made my way to the gym, to see what I could do.

8 or 9 months later and I've been going religiously 5-6 days a week.

Never thought this would happen, but I started deadlifting, and the more weight I do, the better my back feels. Go figure.

Anyhoo, ive finished a s23/2866 run for 8 weeks. Quite enjoyed the results. Lost fat, gained some decent size, ect.

In about 5 weeks I'll do another run of s23, whats your opinions on anything to pair it with?

I'm probably 20% bf 255lbs. Wouldnt mind being 240, also wouldn't mind a 500lbs deadlift.

Again, thanks for all the help you guys give ppl, it makes a difference!

sometimes training loosens things up and gets blood flowing which is what you need.

if you want to get stronger then try S4 next time

I love seeing these young guys getting into training. If the back injury led to you becoming more mindful of your health and fitness than it was a benefit it itself.

Turning poison into medicine is a Buddhist concept for embracing any obstacle as an opportunity for growth...

Thank you, I like that thinking!

Good to know, what is the differences between 105 a d 262?
105 is geared more towards cutting, endurance, healing and lean muscle with hardening... ac262 would be a stronger version of ostarine with less sides, minus the healing aspect but more strength

Thanks Dylan.

Something I'm noticing now, my joints in my fingers were achy, is this due to dehydration? Is it solely from s23 or a combination of the 2866 as well?

Would 262 have any joint issues?
