So I started off with 5mgs and slowly slipped into 7.5. Next week I'll stay in 7.5 and slowly work up to 10.
Thus far... the first couple days were normal. Nothing amazing to report. The 4th and 5th day I noticed my reps increased a bit, but yesterday was AMAZING! more weights, more reps, and overall more endurance. I even pushed for an extra 30 min just for the shit of it.
My wife even commented on the size of my arms.
An added bonus.. I've lost weight but gained 3lbs... I think 1lb was from pre lgd, but I feel like the extra 2lbs might be post lgd.
Wishful thinking maybe, but my scale does not lie. Well, unless its low on batteries..
