It's a pretty bad situation but hey man, here to help. Just get the aromasin started and remember the details next time you run bloods. Wouldn't get letro really cause chances are your problem will get more severe by crashing it totally then your gonna have a whole jumble fuck of a situation. Just get the aromasin going and go from there.

Well PE is pretty strong. Start at 12.5 everyday. No sense going balls to the wall right out the gate. Ease your hormones down. Less sides and a happier body. If in 2 weeks estrogen sides are still present go to 25mg ed.

I'm stopping everything else except the test and aromasin.

Bro first off I do not know why they tested you for total estrogen. You should be tested for estradiol. This is the estrogen of the three different types that causes men problems.
Also there is a cheap and not accurate way to test and a very accurate way. Maybe ask what method did they use. I think that estrogen level is incorrect, or it could be that your estradiol is ok but you have high E1 or E3. You should not have this crazy estrogen level unless your aromasin was completly zero% .Get some good stuff asap and do 12-15mgs EOD.

Ive never been told to fast before a Cholesterol panel myself. It always came back a little high, but my doc always said ignore that number your good you ate breakfast before getting blood drawn. He told me there is a different set of parameters for fasted and unfasted bloods, the ranges only apply for fasted.

How can you possibly determine that what your ate, how exactly it affects your numbers. Let's say your ate strictly fruit for breakfast that day. Would your numbers more be different then if you are sausage , pancakes, toast?

According to him just the act of eating no mater the food will raise lipids to some extent. I was 201 so no big deal and I regularly come in ushally around 150 ish. In Europe they actually have a higher threshold for normal 250. So the he'll knows.
