Quentin here. I want to enter my first Physique competition this year. I’m 27, 5’11, 225lbs., and have 16% body fat. I’ve been lifting for a few years now really serious. My nutrition is pretty good, my wife and I meal prep and follow a Macro calculator. Recently, I came across Sustanon 250. Honestly I don’t anything about testosterone or steroids. I have a little information through studying, but I would like your honest opinion. In the past I’ve tried GNC brand Test, but no major changes. I’m trying to take my training to the next level. I pay attention to your comments that “deca” shouldn’t be a first cycle for beginners. With your help, what do you recommend for me, someone who is interested in trying a test.
Also, how long do I cycle on and off. I’ve met many competitors that are using and it’s rare that I meet any that don’t, it’s crazy. Do competition reps. test for anything in our system. I’m asking all types of questions and I apologize if I’m swarming you with too much.
