getting lean

I weigh 210 pounds 5'10
and have approx 13-14 percent bodyfat and I work out at least 3 to 4 times
a week (pretty atheletic). I try to eat pretty healthy all year around
except for the holidays (trying to enjoy life...) I've been working out
since I was 15 years old. My doctor did some blood test last year and my
Test level was at 110. At first he was too conservative giving me 100 mg
of Test every 2 weeks (it was a joke).

Now I'm currently taking 250 mg of Test E a week (split dosage 125 mg on
Tues and Sat) and a couple of months of ago I added Primobolan Depot 300 mg
a week. Last week I added GW for cardio and endurance. Do you think this
a good cycle for for TRT and getting ripped? Should I add Liquidex to my
cylce if so how much?

Also my doctor told me that TRT is for life and not a cycle. Is this true?
I want to stay lean and cut as well enjoying life. Ideally I
would like to be under 200 pounds (ex 195 pounds).

Would you chance my current cycle (Test E 250 MG, Primo 300 MG a week and
GW on gym days only)?

hey bro... just a piece of advice... never ask if something will get you "ripped" that's an absurd question... YOU get YOU ripped... its up to you to bust your ass, make the sacrifices on your diet and in the gym with full consistency and discipline... the steroids themselves will not do this for you.. if you don't do that, you will never get "ripped" Just so your aware... there's a lot pain for the gains... that's just how it is...

you should never exceed 200 mg of test per week on trt... your not running trt at 250, your just on cycle and you cant just do that forever... 200 is the MAX.. you should really be around 150-175 for trt dosing...

your not running primo high enough... if your running primo as a blast, it needs to be 600-800 mg per week... Yes, GW is an excellent addition... i would recommend RAD140, S4 and SR9009 as well... also, you dont take GW on gym days only... where on earth did you get that? you take it everyday...

If you want to get ripped, what does your diet look like? What about your training and cardio?

If you want to shred up more diet and training come first, but I'd also recommend adding in some other sarms to help the process. Your dosing should look like this, and get everything from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout (dose same time on non workout days)
1-12 SR9009 30mg per day (5mg taken every 2-3 hours 6 times per day)
1-12 mK-2866 25mg per day dosed in the am

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

Hey brother! When people say they try to eat pretty healthy, it almost always means they're not eating properly. I think we'd all like to see you lay out your diet. We have some nutrition pros on here who can get you on the right track.

You're gear numbers are a bit off, but Dylan has already set you straight on that one.

EXACTLY... everytime you hear that someone is "trying to eat healthy" 99% of the time, its not even close to healthy... definitely post your diet

Yep. I've had clients say that and they can't even give me a layout of what they ingest on a regular basis. That's typically because they're grazing when the cook chicken nuggets and fries for their kids, or stealing some fries out of their happy meals, grabbing a donut at that early morning meeting, etc. These habits become so methodical that they sometimes don't even realize they're doing it. Diet and nutrition is something that needs to be learned, and understood thoroughly prior to claiming that one's nutritional plan is sound. It's a lot more than "just" eating chicken and broccoli.

It definitely takes time and discipline. But when you get that part down you can really do anything you want in terms of control and appearance.

There is a HUGE difference between eating healthy and the disciplined diet it takes to "get ripped"

I try very hard to get 2 people I work with for weight loss to understand it, but it's like they don't believe me or something.

Ordering the lower fat option at a fast food joint isn't following a personalized meal plan..

....while I'm blabbing. Did a detailed 2 month gradual carb restictive diet for a guy, calculated BMR, used a carb calculator, broke down all macros. Just to help him. Three weeks later he tells me it's not working, he's adding weight. So I drill him on his follow through on the diet. He was drinking cokes and pounding 2 to 3 extra protein shakes a night.

You either got the dicipline or you dont. Or don't want it bad enough.

Unquestionably. We still try to eat quality for mass, but types of food we eat for true nutrition are commonly overlooked by many. Other than the high protein, which won't change, I design my diets with a very deverse arrangement of vegetables, berries, some fruit. Olive oil. Etc to meet my needs to be healthy. Took nutrition in college and can actually tell you if your diet meets your needs if anyone gives me an honest 3 day diet log.
It's a nice tool. Turns out, I'm just pissing away those vitamins.

very very very well said... i can't agree with... i design my diets alike, with an array of vegetables, fruit, healthy fats, clean carbs, a lot of fiber etc... that's key and people ALWAYS leave something out, generally its fiber or lack of vegetables but there's always holes when i see proposed diets... it takes a well rounded diet to truly accomplish what you want... you just have to get it personalized and dialed in to be conducive to your own personal body response, which many have trouble doing... it takes A LOT of trial and error, etc... it takes a lot of dedication, hard work and discipline...
