Why does it say I.M. only if you can take it orally?Sorry if that sounds like stupid question.I'm pretty new to other compounds other than Test.

They mean it more like if you're going to inject it then only inject intramuscular. As in don't slam it in your veins. Lol
Injectable winstrol is the exact same as oral winny. You can drink it or inject it. The only difference would be the way your body metabolizes it. Shorter half life via oral ingestion.
