forearm acne

I haven't done an official real cycle yet but when I used to blast my TRT I would get nasty boils on my chest & back.Painful fucking things.I use Boil-Ease on them & put a band-aid on it.It would be dried out in a couple of days.Never got any on my forearms though.I'd get pimples right around my hairline near my neck & on my ears once in awhile.The ones on the ears hurt & are annoying as hell.
I'm going to expect this when I go on cycle.

Same for me Tazzocc - Chest worse, then delts, and then forearms (top of my forearm by my elbow).

I get tiny acne on my delts, an occasional big zit on my back, but forearms sounds kinda gross.
