You have to find ways to make it taste good my man, depending on how strict you are allow yourself a cheat day. I take one roughly every two weeks but I just destroy 2 fat fuck bowls of cereal and that's all I need to get it out of my system. As for making plain shit taste better onion powder is your friend. Sometimes if I really need extra flavor, it's very rare but 1/2 a cup of pasta sauce isn't all that unhealthy and that's the serving size on the shit I have, I use about 1/4 cup instead and just evenly distribute it over my plain ass chicken and a little on the rice. I don't do it often unless I really just don't want to eat something super plain that day, but it adds a mild amount of flavor and improves the taste a lot. Onion powder I use pretty often though and that makes a big difference as well.
