I bought 1mg of folli without the tag... now inside the vial at the bottom appears to be a powder like substance.... but if i turn over the vial the powder doesn't move. I thought it was supposed to be liquid. Can someone explain to me whats going on?

I'm guessing this is a new area for you, but like pretty much all peptides you need to reconstitute your powder with BAC water to make a liquid in the right concentration. These are all things you should have researched and found out before buying. Why are you using Follistatin?
