First Tren Cycle

Intro: Okay so this will be my third cycle, and I've been contemplating what compounds I thought best aligned with my goals and have come to the conclusion that a test/tren cycle would probably be best. I'm a 5'11 currently sitting at around 210 lbs with ~9-10% bf currently. I am a competitor and this coming year I'll be attempting to gain my pro card in MP. So my goal with this cycle is to gain a good 10-15 lbs of lbm while maintaining or increasing my conditioning.

Past cycles: 12 weeks test cyp @500mg, 16 weeks test/deca @400/350mg, and now I'm wanting to try tren.

Proposed cycle:
Tren Ace @300/week (I think I'd like to take mon/wed/fri instead of simply eod to keep a regular schedule)
Test Cyp @300/week
Prami @.25mg ed
Aromasin @12.5mg eod

I'd be running HCG, Aromasin, Nolva, and clomid as my pct.

I'm looking for suggestions/insights from those who have taken Tren in the past, and any advice I could get from fellow competitors as well (on how to use tren as a recomp/lean bulk drug and then following the next cycle as a competition prep cycle)

25, 5'11, 210 or so lbs, 8-10% currently, last cycle my lifts were: back squat 365x9 (first and only time back squatting in 6 months), flat barbell bench 225x22, and I pulled 495 for sets of 8, but I rarely powerlift or hit those 3 movements so they're mehh
 
you NEVER use hcg in pct... literally the worst thing you could ever do... when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... GW and MK prevent the rise in cortisol... not only that but they keep you performing at a level you were while on cycle being the ultimate performance enhancers they are... on top of the fact that mk2866 is the ultimate for healing and recovery, which is imperative in pct as well as keeping strength up to a very high level... gw will also treat cholesterol and blood pressure, which are definitely things that need addressed in pct as well…Organ ST plays a pivotal role in a post-cycle therapy (PCT). There’s a strong misconception that the role of a PCT is simply to restart the natural testosterone production that was shut down from the steroid cycle. so, when you use testosterone, you are clearly adding large amounts of it into your body which causes you to eventually be suppressed when you stop using it because your body forgets how to produce it on its own... hence, the need for pct... so, what hcg does is MIMIC your lh and fsh, just like taking testosterone, mimics testosterone production which eventually leads to suppression, correct... so when you mimic lh and fsh, what happens when you stop using it?? im sure you can put two and two together... the reason you use hcg is to get your lh and fsh STIMULATED before pct, so they are not completely bottomed out because when you use test, they are non existent... just like when you run an oral without test... when you go into pct, your test is bottomed out.... when you go into pct using test, AT LEAST its much higher making recovery easier as you reteach your body to produce on its own... so if you use hcg BEFORE pct, then it gives that boost while your body learns how to produce on its own... HOWEVER, if you run hcg IN PCT or after, you end up suppressing yourself because you are just mimicking, not helping to jumpstart anything like nolva and clomid do for your natural testosterone production... NOT TO MENTION, hcg ALSO increases estrogen... so, i just want you to FULLY understand so you dont think its just someone talking and blowing smoke... this is fact... its easy to understand when you see it written down…
 
Im in a similar position and ran basically the same cycles.. #3 coming up which is going to be test prop/tren ace 250/350wk curious see how my body reacts to short esters. Im thinking of pinning ed to keep blood levels as consistent as possible (hoping to reduce sides). So yeah im not experienced with tren and also would like to hear any tips/suggestions.

I pin ed. Less oil volume, lower dosages, and less fluctuations in blood levels. It made a big difference for me.
 
Big difference in reducing sides? I weirdly enjoy pinning so im looking forward to ed
In my experience it helped yes. I'm a sides magnet so I do everything I can to help keep it to a minimum. I pin L delt, R delt, L quad, R quad, L glute, R glute and repeat. I pin 1 hour before the gym.
 
Already using Tren at 25. Damn that's young. Well if you decide to go through with this you need a much better pct. you need to follow the protocol Dylan gave you
 
Why use a long ester and a short ester? Theres nothing wrong with ut but if ur gonna pin the tren eod why not use prop and throw that in at the same time. That way it kicks in faster and clears faster as well

ive never noticed a difference in pinning every day to eod with it but some people have... thats person to person specific
 
I personnally like tren e. Sides are less and i tend to like long esters. When i recomp i eat high protein and carb cycle. Works great for me. Ive also done intermittant fasting but i feel carb cycling works better for me. Drink lots of water. Ur gonna sweat so make sure u bring a wipe towel with u. Especially to the gym. If u do cardio ur gonna struggle. Even very short exercise will leave u winded and sweating. Good luck its a compound easy to fall in love with but can also kick ur ass. Youll know what im talking bout after a few cycles
