Hi guys,

Ive been lurking through the forum and have been thinking about about SARMS for a while. I dont do weights too often, once maybe twice a week but I train in MMA consisting of bjj, kickboxing and wrestling. Ive been reading around and notice that GW and SR9009 may provide good endurance benefits to my training. Strength would also be great for what i do but I'm unsure what kind of stack would be good.

Im guessing I'm around a 15% fat,

Ideally I don't mind gaining a maximum of 10 pounds and thinking about the following for 12 weeks followed by the mini PCT?

Could I get some guidance, thanks in advance. This will be the first time ever.

hey brother... well i applaud you for actually doing some research first! NICE JOB... you picked a damn good cycle, pretty much what i would recommend as well... let me help you with the layout and dosing so you have it all dialed in... you can get everything you need at www.sarmsx.com

here is the layout

1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

Best 'newb' ever. You did your research, and your making a good start that's not in the deep end. I'm sure our boy markdevito may chime in (he's an mma conditioning coach), bit this is a great stack for a fighter. This'll have you well beyond 5 rounds ready!
