Program - Upper & Lower Split Mon-Fri

All exercises 1 warm-up set followed by 5 working sets.

Lower Body Day = Deadlifts, Squats, KettleBell Lunges

Upper Body Day = Bench Press, Bent Over Rows, Dumbell Presses, Lat Pulldowns or Pullups.

You can't use steroids at that bodyfat level bro, and steroids are not fat burners.

Steroids at that high of a BF % spells bad news. To lose 10% body fat is no easy chore but can be done with proper diet and workout regimen. Sarms are really your best option at this point, you are months and months away from touching AAS in my opinion.

its called a caloric deficit diet...try it
steroids won't help until you establish a consistent prolonged nutrition program..you need to be UNDER 15% BF to even begin to think about steroids

at that bodyfat, absolutely not bro.

run that SARMS stack and focus on diet and training. get that bodyfat down. you can also gain decent muscle mass on that stack if you play your cards right. get a nice recomp action.
