First time doing blood work

What values should I be concerned with before starting a sarms stack and if I decide to go to the doctor instead what kind of test should I ask for? I'm going to see if it's cheaper to get it done through the doctor or privatelab.

Things I would check as far as hormones are concerned would be Total test, free test, LH, FSH, and estradiol

Other blood markers I would watch are LDL, HDL, AST, and ALT. RBC and hematocrit are also good to keep an eye on. These things are less of an issue to watch before sarms, but very important before running AAS since steroids can impact all these numbers

I'm only 21 so I have plenty of time before I actually start thinking about using AAS. Unless my test levels are super low . I haven't read anything about sarms really affecting like blood pressure or anything like that. I'm assuming those problems don't really pop up when using them?

sarms have no effect on any of these values except possibly giving some slight suppression with extended use but nothing that would set off any alarms... there is no methylation, no toxicity, no estrogen conversion etc... you will be completely fine with testing and their use

Should I still get the blood work done then just to see where I'm at? I have no idea what low t symptoms are. I'm assuming I don't have it but I could be wrong?

why would you have Low T at 21, any past problems or messing with anabolics when younger? Depression? You would know if you had low T, its basically depression, low energy, low drive (not just sexual just life drive in general), weakness, fatigue (muscle as well), etc. Keep in mind also that if your TEST number is low on the scale it doesnt necessarily mean you have a problem - everyone is different and they have a stupid broad range for TEST levels, like 300-1000 ng for TEST, so basically someone could be normal and read 500 but someone could read twice as much at 1000 and also be normal - for me personally I think its based more on size/structure of the male then anything but some people say its not based on size, thats my opinion though - big dudes produce more TEST, big in stature not fat..

there's no way to tell if you have low T unless you get bloodwork... it never hurts to get bloodwork... i would always recommend it especially when your using anything, mild or strong in terms of side effects etc... bloodwork give the only accurate assessment of where you are at so yes, you should get it just so you know...

Honestly with running sarms, I really don't think the bloodwork is required necessarily, but its always a good idea to check regardless. They don't impact your health markers, and have little impact on your HPTA and hormone levels.
