First Test Cycle Layout/Source info

Hey guys,

This is my first post on here after joining and reading through the forums for a few weeks to get some ideas. I've leaned a lot from you guys already, good and bad haha.

I'm looking to get my feet wet with injections and was thinking something like this

Wk 1-10 Test E 500mg/wk (2 injections a week)
1-15 Aromasin 12.5 mg/EOD

With a PCT of
12-13 Clomid 75mg/ed
14-15 Clomid 50mg/ed

Stats-
25years old
5'10
153lbs
10% bf
Current calorie intake: 3800-4200
I was an athlete my entire life, so I've been lifting for the last 10 years on and off, but started really focusing on bodybuilding for the last 3 years and worked my way up to where I'm at now from around 135 through diet and training but I've hit a plateau. (Yes, I'm aware of how skinny I am.)

I stupidly followed the guidance of a friend when I was 21 and ran superdrol for 4 weeks. Gained a ton of size and ran a proper pct but I had no clue what I was doing, which is why I'm here.

I have everything right now on hand to run this test cycle from a local source and close friend, problem is this guys moving out of state so this will be the only cycle I'll be able to get through him. Was just wondering if anyone could possibly hook me up with a source for future needs.

Thanks in advance for any feedback, and seriously if anything I'm planning is off/a bad idea, let me have it. I'm here to learn and do things right.

Bro you need gain much more weight naturally in my opinion. Your frame is very small. Your don't need anabolics and there associated side effects for your goal.

You say your aware of your size. That's fine dude. But you need to do this right..

What exactly are you eating and what's your training? Your taller then me and I had over 30 lbs on you when I cycled first. And i started About 150..

I hear ya brotha that's why I'm here, all the feedback I can get will not go to waste. You guys obviously have experience that's leaps and bounds above mine at this point. That's why I posted this before making the purchase. (My buddy has it ready but I've held off). I've been looking into sarms to maybe aid growth before cycling.

Protein wise I stick to lean beef, chicken, tilapia, salmon, some ground turkey and beef when the same thing over and over again gets old. Carbs- organic brown rice, sweet potoes, cous cous, and what I get from salad, broccoli, leafy greens. I eat 6-8 times a day depending on what I make, a meal every 2-3 hours. I know how much diet plays a roll, and I've gotten it dialed in enough to gain just under 20 lbs.

Training wise I'm in the gym 5 days a week, I don't set specific off days, I take them when my body tells me, regardless of when that is I'm always consistently 5days on/2days off in a 7 day period. As I stated I really started focusing on building 3 years ago, started following a few prebuilt plans by jay cutler and and others and I've set my own plans up for the most part sense.

Glad to see someone who's receptive to feedback. What you're eating sounds good but what makes a world of difference is how much. What do your calories/macros look like? Your stats tell me you're not eating enough bud.

You are too undersized for steroids right now buddy. You need to gain some more size on your frame before using them.

Sarms can be a great alternative for you at the moment. I suggest this stack, which I think will really help,you put on size with the right diet and training

Based on my size, what kind of gains are to be expected from a first sarm run? As far as sides are there any pronounced ones ill run into and what would i need to run along side yo combat them?

$600 is a chunk of change for me so itll probably be a couple months before i run anything. So obviously i can do my own resarch but you guys know what youre doing so id rather get direct answers here.

Safety is my goal and always will be.

Im eating a minimum of (macro wise):

350g protein
400g carbs
95g fat
Shoot for a minimum 4000 cal a day.

If you have your diet and training in check, it's very possible to gain a good solid 10 lbs on sarms....but everyone is different and I did use results vary. Some might gain more, some a little less
 
Recetly jumped it 500 calories and asjusted macros accordingly. Ive been counting for a little over a year. With my starting size of 135 i just ate everything in front of me, and it worked to an extent but i saw better results when i factored in exactly what i was doing

Appreciate that bro. I've been told my whole life my size is gonna hold me back, nothin I haven't heard before. I'm trying to change that perception but it only makes sense to do it the right way. I know I got lucky with that superdrol cycle and I don't wanna put my body through the opportunity to destroy itself. Plus, I went through a lot of the other posts to gain some etiquette insight before going ahead with this one haha.

350g of protein? I'm not even sure the body can even process that amount?

I guess I should have added into my stats that I own a pool company and handle all my own accounts. I walk 5+ miles a day and with my already lightning speed metabolism, I gotta eat to grow lol. Maybe it's overkill, but I'd rather go overboard on food than any other "supplement"
