Hi guys I just needed to confirm if this stack I plan to purchase is right for me. I'm 5'8, 154lbs, at about 10% body fat, and have been cutting for about 2 months losing at a rate of about .75lb - 1lb / week. About 4 months ago I dislocated my elbow from Jiu Jitsu (which I am now able to currently train 4x/ week but with pain). And after three months of useless physical therapy exercises and keeping it light it still never feels the same and I simply can't take it anymore so I plan to approach it a different way. I just love and miss being able to go hard lifting weight and hard training jiu jitsu which I can't do even after trying it the normal rehab way. I plan to buy/run:
SARMS triple stack - 12 weeks and then mini PCT LiquidClo 50/20/20/20 with GW every day.
My question is, I only plan to be in a bigger deficit for another 1.5 - 2 months then using the last month of the cycle or so reversing into a recomp/lean bulk. Is that a good idea? Should I just cut the full 12 weeks on the cycle even if I've already been cutting 6 weeks? Is this the right stack for me?
Just want to say I love this forum and I love how all the mods here are so active and helpful. Can't wait to finally be able to get out this slump and change my life.
