first SARMS cycle advice

Ready for my first SARMS cycle, but need some sound advise on where to start. I hate to be that dude, but I haven't found advice or a log that is relevant to my age, current condition and goals. (if one exists, please point me in that direction!)

About me:
41 years old
6'0"
193 lbs
sub 6% BF
set point 3000 kcal/day, 40c/30p/30f macro split (weigh everything I eat)

I'm fairly experienced, currently on a four day split without rest days (but life makes them happen once/week...lol) My core is pyramid sets with compound movements, then follow up with moderate rep isolation. Very disciplined diet, non-drinker, log workouts, but I hit a wall around 192-194 lbs and 6% BF. Anything past 194 lbs is straight up bodyfat.

Anyhow, looking to get past that wall...add 10+ lbs of LBM without adding any BF. (not really expecting to lose any, but I'll take it if possible) Sides that compromise cognitive performance/mental clarity are off limits. (very demanding job)

Any advice to get me started on my first cycle would be awesome...and I'll be sure to log progress.

I'm assuming you are looking to add some lean mass, since you are already so lean. I know you really don't want to add bodyfat but I would suggest adding in some extra calories and maybe go up to 3500 or so per day to enhance your gains. With the right stack your gains will be very lean. Here is what I recommend to you from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 S4 50mg per day split 6 hours apart
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout

hey brother... the LBM is the most sustainable type of gains you are going to get... the gains are very clean, the recovery is very short and the ability to retain is extremely high...

its always good to get pre and post cycle bloods brother

sides are very minimal and running them together will not bring on any extra sides whatsoever...

here's the full layout on what i recommend for your goals...

1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

excellent bro... im very intrigued with your results... you have excellent stats and i expect you to be able to surpass the 194 mark without any added fat gain by implementing sarms...
