First Sarm Cycle questions

I’ve watched all your videos and truly believe that you’re looking out for my health.

I’m planning on doing a ligandrol cycle of 10mg a day for 8 to 12 weeks after I get blood work done. I’m trying to get all my PCT products ready for my post cycle.


I’m a little confused on the PCT. You recommend the following:

1) Nolvadex (no problems)

2) GW501516 (I can’t find this. From what I understand, I can use the product Cardazol that I found on the esarms website in place of GW501516. Is this correct? If not can you please direct me to where I can find this product?)

3) Test booster (would the M1 Mk product on the esarms website satisfy this requirement? If not, what would you recommend?)


And my last question is the following:

You say that generally you can go back on a sarms cycle 4 weeks after you’ve completed the PCT. During that 4 weeks, after my pct, can I continue taking the test booster, or should I come off everything? Also, if you recommend staying on the test booster after my mini PCT, will this affect my blood work that I’ll do before my second cycle?

you can definitely stay on the test booster in between your cycles and it would be a good idea as well...

Hi Dylan. I too am looking at using LGD. I’m on week one of Cardarine and will finish out my 8 week cycle before starting LGD and will use this write up. Can you tell me what the 1-12 and 13-16 means? I assume what weeks to run that particular product? Thanks!
