first injectable cycle

bf% 14
training: 4yrs solid (split: chest/back, legs, arms)

in either September or august I plan on doing my first injectable cycle. the reason why I plan on starting it in a few months is because I want to get my body fat percentage down to about 10 before I do my first real cycle. previous to this I have tried sarms gw, mk2866, mk677. and yes I have experimented with phs(unfortunately).
the cycle I want to do is test E 1-12 weeks with aromasin on hand. for pct 14-18 sarmsx platinum pct.

if not test E which other test should I use, and what amount, should I go 250mg per week or 500mg per week?

your still too young to be cycling bro... i commend you for being very smart on getting your body fat down but i know you read things on here... you see all the negatives with cycling at your age... are you really sure you want to create yourself all the future problems? its very poor decision making brother... i would love to save you all the trouble...

I am open to any suggestions that you may have. if you know of a more safe option I will try it first, and hold off for another few years on the cycle

Training needs work...one body part per day. 2/3 on, 1 off.
 
once I drop my bf% my main goal will be to add on solid lean mass with adding as little fat as possible

A little young to start cycling but like that you're idea of toe dipping in with one compound at a conservative dose.

rick gave you a strong layout... you could go one step further and go with the superman stack or go with that one... either way, both cycles are very strong... www.sarmsx.com for everything listed... here is the layout for the superman stack...

I am not going to do that cycle for another few years, but my thinking was small doses because from what I have been reading and researching I may react well to low doses and if not it is way easier to up a dose if needed than lower it

your making a very wise decision holding off of steroids right now... its NOT the right time... it will be at a certain point, yes, but not now... do this right and live longer, get gains longer and feel great far longer and do it wrong and be regretting shit soon and ruining yourself down the road... i dont know, call me crazy but i would go with option A here.. =)

this is precisely why I joined the forum, for great advice and to prevent myself from making big mistakes.
mind if I pm you to pick your brain on some ways of training around a shoulder injury, because that is why I have chosen to split my training the way it is

I would try all the most powerful SARMS a couple more years and then start at 25. You'll be happy you did. Rick gave you a great cycle. Try adding mk677 to that and you're golden.

i agree, definitely wait until at least 25 but even that is a bit young... my preference is always late 20's to early 30's but 25 is far more acceptable... the smart thing is to wait to the ages i said but realistically many wont wait that long... i know i did and so did rickrock and we are so thankful we did...
