Well I wanted to no how most people take there sarms , do u aim for the back of the throat or take it with something ? Because wow what a taste .. that was awful,taste like rubbing alcohol or something , but I was curious to hear how you guys go about doing this? And what makes it less gnarly.

You can chase it with whatever you want. Just make sure you are taking the dose straight first. Don't mix it in anything

My worst to date is officially, 1 full LGD, 1/2 S4, 1 full GW, 1 full TripleX..not too bad. But definitely a decently bad after taste.

I mix it into just a bit of water in a glass and then drink it. Tones down the burn quite a bit. Is this bad?

Yea you're supposed to take it straight down.There might be a tiny bit of residue on the inside of the glass.You wouldn't want to waste any.

You could be inadvertently weakening your dose.Just take it straight then chase it with whatever you want.
It changes the suspension as well as dilutes it and residue sticks to the glass and gets wasted

Glass is used in laboratories(one reason anyways), because its surface adhesion is so low, that it can be calculated.
So I gave him the amount of grapefruit juice, and the appropriate dosages of lgd, rad, osta gw.
Using those dosages, the dilution ratio is very high in a small glass of grapefruit juice. Any residual left is so low
at that dilution rate, that the method you use to measure out dosages has a higher impact than any residual left in a glass.

Thanks jp, that was my reasoning as well. Plus, after drinking my slightly diluted sarms, I pour a bit more water into the glass, swirl it around and drink it as well. Hardly any residue
