First Cycle (SARMS Only)

Hi All,

I'm looking to do my first cycle. It'll be the cycle Dylan suggests to most people looking to dabble with SARMS. Here's the breakdown:

1st to 12th week: GW501516 (CARDARINE) 20mg dosed once a day 30 minutes prior to working out or in the morning.
1st to 12th week: sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30mg/day (split into 5mg doses 2-3 hours apart).
1st to 12th week: S4 (ANDARINE) 50mg/day (split into 25mg doses. Once in the morning and once in the evening).
9th to 12th week: DGA POST CT from: https://www.dganutrition.com/pct/post-ct (5 pills/day)

PCT

13th to 16th week: Clomid (50/25/25/25) and GW501516 20mg/day

I had a few concerns prior to this cycle. I only eat about twice a day, breakfast and dinner. I'm typically in a caloric deficit, but not by much. Will having a diet set up like this negatively effect my results or the ability for this cycle to work? I plan on adding in a protein shake to my diet, especially post-workout. My breakfast is usually oatmeal with fruits and yogurt with oats. Dinner is typically baked chicken breast (or fish) with white rice and steamed vegetables.

My training routine is 1 hour of weights and about 10-15 minutes of cardio afterwards, but as SR9009 causes increased endurance, I will up the time doing cardio.

Moreover, I had a question regarding DGA POST CT. It won't suppress my natural test level by any means, right? What I mean by that is, will taking DGA stop my natural test levels, as my body could depend on it? I'm almost certain it doesn't cause any harm, but could someone confirm?

Furthermore, is there a certain way to take SARMS? I'll be going for the shoot and chase down method. Can the chaser be anything, or is a certain type of beverage suggested as it could yield better absorption?

My stats:

21, 6'0, 180lbs and about 18% BF. Not too happy with my BF %, but thats the reason for this type of cycle.

Edit: Will being in a caloric deficit be okay even when on S4? I know this cycle is primarily weight loss, but S4 will help with muscle gain. I don't want to be in a caloric deficit if S4 wont put muscle on without food.

bro dga post ct is a TEST BOOSTER... its used to mitigate and PREVENT suppression.. grapefruit juice is what you use for max absorption
 
Of course it's fine to run S4 in a caloric defecit. You just have to understand the reality that you will make less gains in a defecit than a surplus. That goes for any compound
 
Which makes total sense. Having said that, since this cycle is primarily focused on weight loss, it will be hard to eat a lot to maximize results of S4. It will still do some good, but not as good, just like you stated.

I guess it would be a good idea to do a mass-only cycle afterwards then?

Of course it's fine to run S4 in a caloric defecit. You just have to understand the reality that you will make less gains in a defecit than a surplus. That goes for any compound

You should always eat for the goal you have, if that's what you're asking. Obviously you can't bulk and cut at the same time. You can recomp, but you have to also accept much slower results when trying to add muscle while losing fat
