For the past few months, I've been getting ready to start my first cycle. I finally have everything I think I need on hand and before I start, I'd like to hear some advice and opinions.
Stats:
30 years old
5'7"
190 lbs.
Body fat in the mid to low teens, I haven't measured in a while.
I've been lifting for the past 10+ years.
My goal is to gain strength and size as both has been becoming pretty hard to improve on recently.
This will be my first cycle.
Cycle:
1-4: 10mg Dbol twice a day ED
1-12: 250mg Test E twice a week
3-14: 1mg Arimidex EOD
15-16: 40mg Nolvadex ED
17-18: 20mg Nolvadex ED
I'll also be taking the some of the staples like fish oil, multi, joint support, liver and organ support, etc. Doing some exploring around the forum, I realize that a test only cycle is recommended for a first cycle so I may opt out of using the Dbol to save for a future cycle. Other than that, how does everything else look? I'd appreciate any advice, opinions, or criticisms.
