Yes, in spite of the fact that estrogen is mostly associated to females, we still need estrogen in order to function properly. Therefore, it is very important to keep the estrogen levels in balance. However, with just 0.5 mgs of Arimidex it is very unlikely that you will be able to crash your estrogen levels. At least if it were ED or 1 entire mg, then possible yes, but not with 0.5 mgs.
