I'm 18 and have been training for almost 3 years.
And wanted to go for the bulking cycle of sarms but just lean muscle mass.
What cycle would you suggest?

You are pretty young to start even sarms bro. What are your stats? I can't stress the importance of the proper diet and training to support a bulk. Those are going to be dictating 90% of your results

No these are not tablets. They are liquid. The droppers are marked so it's easy.
Not much in the way of side effects. S4 can cause a yellow tint look and some night sensitivity.
What to expect is a really bad question to ask. Because it comes down to what you put in to it. If you give it your all, you will put on several lbs of muscle while decreasing body fat. And you'll finish up looking much harder and more vascular.

That's not much food...
 
your definitely not getting enough protein in your diet so it makes it hard to grow when your lacking so much...

these are not tablets... sarms in capsule form are not even sarms... you have no clue what your getting in that method of consumption...

results are whatever you make them to be... the possibilities are endless but asking that kind of question is very poor though out because you have to put in the work to obtain any results... you can grow a lot, shred up in the process and take everything to an entirely different level with this stack but the whole point in taking an enhancer is to overcome plateaus that you simply cannot pass naturally... it all comes down to how hard you want to work and how focused and strict you are with your diet

All sarms are suspended in liquid bro. They are not tablets. You do not want any sarms in tablet or capsule form.

Your diet needs work if you want to grow. You are going to need a lot more protein than that for starters.

Remember bud, nutrition is a huge part to growing and most importantly keeping weight. At 5'11", 159 lbs is very light. Sarms aren't cheap and the last thing you want is to spend the money and not even see the full benefits. You really need to make sure your training and nutrition is dialed in. Personally, if I were you, I'd save the money, put it towards food, and grow naturally for a few more years. Focus on the basics right now man.

Thanks man I'll do that. btw how much protein would you recommend on a natty diet now as I calculated at 1g per lb so and also I dont wanna gain much fat so how much should I keep my carbs at? or should I go low carb for 5 days and load up on weekends?
 
Please check out my nutrition thread, which should help you get a very good grasp on constructing a proper diet for your goals. There is a a lot of useful information in there to help get you on track for a good starting point in your diet

Definitely check out this thread to get you started. Like anything you will have to dial in your intake based on results so just monitor your body and adjust as necessary.
