i will wait for DG but i don't think you can go wrong with the triple stack and maybe add sr9009 to it for your goals to lose 10% bf in 3 months diet will play an important role as well as training but i think you already knew that. the sr is going to increase your metabolism and add to the benefits of the gw by helping to burn fat and calories
 
Yeah I pretty much have the diet down, id say its pretty clean. I weight train 5/6 days a week, however my only concern is the cardio aspect of trying to lose fat. I'm afraid I have hit a major plateau with my cardio training. I'm currently doing 4 HIIT sessions a week and most of them are fasted however I'm just not feeling like I'm getting the best results. What do you recommend to amp up my cardio sessions to maximize my fat burning?
 
gw i went from hating cardio and could only do 10 minutes to over and hour 2 times a day on gw that was before sr9009 came out and now it is off the charts for cardio and when i say i hated cardio i hated it. i just jumped on a program that has tabata exercises which i had never heard of along with steady state cardio and can def tell a difference in what i was doing i mean it kicks my ass it is progressive for 30 days so you could try that if you want, you def have to mix it up, i knew that but i just didn't want to believe it haha i was denying that i had plateaued on the elliptical i will send you a link to my wife is doing this as well. you take it how you want you can do the weight training along with it or just the cardio portion its up to you
 
My GF did S4 and GW. She tossed in MK2866 towords the end but really didnt give it enough time. We waited on the MK2866 anyway since it was her first go around. Just the s4 and GW made a major difference for her. She ran it for 12 weeks.
 
Alrighty thanks man! and Tabata exercises SUCK lol, but I give people props for doing it. I'll definitely look into Gw! I heard it can really help with endurance!
 
Sorry but I stopped reading at "one cap per day". You need to get some legitimate SARMs and I can't recommend anything but Sarmsx in good conscience. Your dosing is fine but you're in danger of looking like a man if you continue this product.

at minimum i would do gw and sr for your goals but it will shine with the mk2866 and s4 as well you will be more solid muscle mass while burning fat and recovering well

so if you go with the 12 week triple stack with 3 bottles of sr9009 that would be the ultimate to exceed your goals
 
Hi there Dylan I appreciate you on informing/helping me on my current sarm situation. Id say i'm ready to invest in high quality sarms. I was looking at what sarmsX has to offer and am wondering what the best stack is that I should invest in or if I should just start of with a low dose of Ostarine and go from there. However, I was recommended the triple stack by one female on the forum. Therefore I'm wondering if this is a good stack to take for someone who is just now getting into the sarm world. My recommendation would be this, all from www.sarmsx.com for your goals

1-12 MK2866 25mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.*
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…*
1-12 SR9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed every 2-3 hours 6 times per day)

Ok what about running just the triple stack itself for the beginning duration of my cut then adding the sr9009 later?
 
that would work as well. i believe sarala actually added the sr after 3 weeks as well. there is no wrong way to do it, you just have to do it. lol i know you are probably skeptical but when you have a man like DG standing behind this product 1 million percent you cant go wrong unless you don't pull the trigger

GW and SR minimum.
But I have to say you are leaving serious fat burning and muscle saving benefits on the table by not running S4.
I am currently running the cut stack GW,SR,S4 and MK2866. The MK is my addition to help with my shoulders and enhance muscle saving.
I am blown away by the way my cardio has gone up. And I am seeing changes in my body on a weekly basis.

there are so many good combo's i just feel like if you nickel and dime it one at a time you would be disappointed later when you really see results with one and you will say damn if i would have used this with it. you will be leaving gainzzzz on the table for sure and i know its hard to trust after you already bought stuff and had to throw it out but this is the real deal it works as hard as you do!!!!

I loved the triple stack....but when I added the second time I ran it I added the SR... I love that combination much more! I chose this time to stick with gw and sr together. The SR is certainly a very very great addition!!!
