My lady was so impressed with your knowledge and willingness to mm help me that she was interested in knowing what would be good for her to take? She is a bikini competitor, 5ft 5in, about 128lbs, bf about 25%. Her goal is to get build a little more muscle and get dryer and tighter. Her nutrition is right where is should be. She has never taken any gear. What do you suggest?
