Hello everyone! Thanks for all the informative knowledge and guidance you have given me. My lady was so impressed with your knowledge and willingness to mm help me that she was interested in knowing what would be good for her to take? She is a bikini competitor, 5ft 5in, about 128lbs, bf about 25%. Her goal is to get build a little more muscle and get dryer and tighter. Her nutrition is right where is should be. She has never taken any gear. What do you suggest?

there's no need for gear whatsoever... the only thing i would even consider is possibly anavar... sarms and anavar is a female cycle that all the competitors i train absolutely love... here is what it looks like and you can get all sarms at www.sarmsx.com

1-6 anavar 10 mg day
1-6 cycle assist
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 12.5 mg first two weeks then bump to 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
 
I think the protocol Dylan laid out is perfect and I would follow that. There is definitely no need for steroids for bikini really other than some anavar at low doses.

Sarms are perfect for females because of there being no real side effects or virilization and masculine properties that steroids can give. They are completely safe and work very well for females.

sarms and anavar,exactly as laid out by Dylan. What kind of workout does she do? Could you be more specific about her diet? Calories? Macros? She seems to be a little bit heavy for 5'5. When my wife modeled years ago she was 5'5 and 115lbs.
 
Becarefull with the var too bro with the new divisions there will be alot of girls place poorly cause they were closer too figure type physique than bikini they dont want too much muscle and even abs and quad seperation will be frowned upon
 
She has been on her off season which she usually goes to the 128lbs mark. During competition time she comes in about 117-118Lbs. She just started her 12 week prep. She is taking in 1518 calories. 174g protein, 124g carbs, and 40g fats. Those numbers will be tapering down to about 1100-1200 calories 125g protein, 100g carbs, 31g fats by the last 3 weeks.
