I will be traveling for two months, and will have to depend mainly on Body Weight Strength Exercises.

I will have with my:
Rings
Weighted Skipping Rope
A few small bands (#0, #1, #2,#3 from Rogue)
A Lacrosse ball

I will be using the Convict Conditioning program, Ring work, and some of Rosstraining's HIITs. I find that most Bodyweight programs don't have a lot to hit the legs.

What do you suggest specifically for legs?
 
Bodyweight lunges, bodyweight squats, and find something to lean on to do hyperextensions
 
Single legged squats. Bounding and the best body weight muscle builder for legs IMO SPRINTS.

I get a tremendous pump from walking lunges with no dumbbells, etc.
