I will be traveling for two months, and will have to depend mainly on Body Weight Strength Exercises.
I will have with my:
Rings
Weighted Skipping Rope
A few small bands (#0, #1, #2,#3 from Rogue)
A Lacrosse ball
I will be using the Convict Conditioning program, Ring work, and some of Rosstraining's HIITs. I find that most Bodyweight programs don't have a lot to hit the legs.
What do you suggest specifically for legs?
